MV Rubber Reeling Cable

The cable installed on the reel/reel is therefore called reel cable. It is generally installed on large mobile machinery and equipment such as cranes, port machines, gantry cranes, LHD and so on to provide power output for these machinery and equipment. It can be used in outdoor environments such as ports and docks, mines and Plateau, as well as indoor environments such as power plants and steel plants with harsh working conditions.

    Product Characteristics

The reel cable has the characteristics of tensile strength, wear resistance, drag resistance, UV protection, cold resistance and other characteristics, as well as the special requirements of low smoke, halogen-free, flame retardant and other characteristics. It is a high-quality cable. When the reel cable works, the cable is frequently coiled and retracted along with the reel/reel horizontally or vertically. With the movement of the equipment, it is worn, even scratched and rolled by obstacles on the ground, bearing large tensile and torsional forces. The requirements for the structural design of abrasion resistance, tensile resistance and torsion resistance of cables are very high. The working state requires that the reel cable must be high-quality cable, and ordinary cable is not competent for this work. At present, the more used reel cable is the 3+3 reel cable, that is, the 3+3 reel cable composed of 3 power cores and 3 yellow green wires. On the basis of the conventional reel cable with 3 power cores and 1 yellow green wire, the 3 power cores remain unchanged, and the 1 yellow green ground wire is changed into the 3 yellow green wire. The purpose of this can be to increase the stability of the core and reduce the bending radius. There are also some special reel cables that need to add an optical fiber core for signal transmission.
