Mining rubber sheathed cable
Core Feature:Performance Guarantee For Adapting To Harsh Mining Environments
Materials and Structures
Conductor: Mainly made of copper core (aluminum core is used in some scenarios), adopting a multi strand twisted structure to enhance flexibility and tensile strength, and avoid frequent bending and fracture. For example, the cable conductor of a coal mining machine needs to withstand ten thousand times of winding without damage.
Insulation layer and sheath layer: High elasticity synthetic rubber is used, which combines electrical insulation and flexibility, and is suitable for humid, acidic and alkaline environments.
environmental adaptability
Temperature range: Conventional models are suitable for temperatures ranging from -30 ℃ to+65 ℃, while some low-temperature cables can reach -40 ℃, meeting the needs of polar or deep well operations.
Mechanical performance: High tensile strength (such as 200kg load), minimum bending radius of 6 times the cable diameter, suitable for small spaces and frequent movement.
Protection level: Waterproof and moisture-proof (sealed structure design), corrosion-resistant (acid and alkali resistant), flame-retardant (self extinguishing upon ignition), ensuring underground safety.
Classification:Divided By Purpose And Voltage Level
Classified by purpose
Special cables for coal mining machines:such as MCP and MCPT series, with a rated voltage of 0.38/0.66kV to 1.9/3.3kV, are used for connecting the power supply of coal mining machines. Some models have shielding layers (such as MCPTJ) to enhance anti-interference ability.
Electric drill cables: such as MZ and MZP series, with a rated voltage of 0.3/0.5kV, specially designed for underground electric drills, with tin plated copper wire conductors to enhance corrosion resistance.
Lightweight rubber sheathed cables, such as the MYQ series, are lightweight (reduced by more than 30% compared to heavy-duty cables) and suitable for low load equipment such as mining lamps and handheld tools.
Classified by voltage level
Low voltage cable: 0.3/0.5kV to 0.66/1.14kV, used for underground lighting, signal control and other scenarios.
Medium and high voltage cables: 3.6/6kV to 8.7/10kV, providing power for underground transformers and high-voltage equipment, such as the MYPTJ series.
Application scope:
Covering the entire process of mining operations
Mining operations
The power connection of main equipment such as coal mining machines and tunneling machines needs to withstand high-intensity mechanical stress and frequent winding.
Example: MCP-0.66/1.14 cable provides 1.14kV power to the coal mining machine, and the shielding layer reduces electromagnetic interference.
Transportation System
Power supply for equipment such as belt conveyors and scraper conveyors requires cables to be wear-resistant and stretch resistant.
Example: MY-0.38/0.66 cable is used for connecting the mobile power supply of transport aircraft, with a protective sheath that is resistant to oil and corrosion.
Auxiliary Equipment
For low load scenarios such as underground lighting, communication, and signal control, lightweight cables are preferred.
Example: The MYQ-0.3/0.5 cable provides power to the miner's lamp and is soft and easy to lay.
Special Environment
Low temperature cables (such as -40 ℃ models) are required for polar mining or deep well operations to avoid sheath hardening and cracking.
High gas mines require flame-retardant cables (such as MT818 standard products) to reduce the risk of fire.
