Things to note when selecting reeling cables
● Cable specifications and types:
The cable cross-sectional area is from 1.0 to 240mm, and the outer diameter of the cable directly affects the axial dimension and power requirements of the reel. When the cable cross-section is 35mm, non-electric reels should not be selected. Flat Cables can only be used for axial single-row reels. The cable should be selected as power cables and control signal cables, which are softer and have a certain tensile strength.
● Winding length:
affects the radial dimension and power requirements of the reel. The longer the length, the higher the power requirements. Non-electric cable reels are difficult to complete large-stroke winding. The choice of ground power anchors also directly affects the selection of cable drums. The power anchors are the common end of the power supply and the power supply point. The neutral point power supply cannot be selected for non-electromagnetic coupling type.
● Equipment movement speed:
It affects the motor power and transmission ratio of the electric cable reel. When the equipment movement speed exceeds 60 meters/min, frequency conversion control type (BP series) should be selected.
● Installation height:
affects the motor power of the electric cable reel. The higher the installation height, the greater the power demand. The design requirements cannot be exceeded during installation.
