What are the cables for exploration and drilling of oil platforms?

Load-bearing detection cable:
The outer diameter is usually less than 12mm; the length is long, and the length is more than 3500m; it is resistant to oil and gas, and the water pressure is resistant to 120MPa (1200 times the atmospheric pressure); high temperature resistance: above 100℃; anti-interference and tensile force: above 44KN; wear-resistant and hydrogen sulfide gas; all armored steel twists do not disperse when broken, otherwise it will cause waste wells.

Perforated cable:
The hole cross-sectional area and tension are large, wear-resistant, high vibration, and not loose.
1.Medium soft structure for conductors;
2.Polypropylene, ethylene propylene rubber or other high-temperature resistant materials for insulation;
3.The conductor, insulation and armor have correct sizes.
Coalfield, non-metal, metal, geothermal, hydrological, underwater survey cables:
1.Strengthen core and inner armor;
2.The conductor is soft copper wire;
3.Ordinary rubber for insulation;
4.Sheath neoprene;
5.Use metal or non-metal armor in special circumstances;
6.Coaxial cables should be used for Underwater Cables;
7.Comprehensive detectors should have functions such as power and communication.
Submersible oil pump cable
The outer diameter of the oil pipe is small, and the outer size of the cable is required; the well depth is increased and the power is large, and the insulation is required to be high temperature resistance, high voltage, and stable structure; good electrical and insulation performance, small leakage current; long life, stable structure, and reusability; good mechanical properties.
1.For small and medium-sized oil pipes, Flat Cables are used to ensure small sizes; the conductor is solid and large section: twisted conductors and circular cables are used;
2.Use polyimide-fluoro46 sintered wire for lead-to-connect cable core, insulated with EP and C; use EP and C and crosslinked polyethylene heat-resistant insulation for power cables;
3.Oil-resistant neoprene, chlorosulfonated polyethylene and other oil-resistant high-temperature-resistant materials, lead sheaths, etc.;
4.Use chain armor;
5.Anti-halogen structure, with an anti-halogen sheath added to the naked armor.
