Conductor: Multi strand ultra-fine twisted oxygen free copper wire, in accordance with CDE0295CLASS 6 standard.
Insulation: Special mixed TPE insulation.
Color code:<0.5mm. Colors indicate brown, black, blue, purple, pink, orange (≥ 0.5mm) with black numbers and white numbers. 3 or more cores with yellow green grounding wire (yellow green optional).
Core wire structure: anti torsion structure layered, or layered gap filling.
Shielding layer: Tin plated copper mesh woven shielding, with a density of over 80%.
Outer sheath: Special modified PUR sheath.
Inner sheath: Modified low viscosity strong extrusion inner sheath, TPE material, oil resistant.
Sheath color: black (RAL9005)/gray (RAL7001)/orange (RAL2003).
